Meet the team
Estate Legacy, APC is run by Founder and Principal Attorney, Morgan R. Small, Esq., LL.M.
Morgan R. Small, the founder and principal attorney of Estate Legacy, APC, has personally experienced the impact the lack of an estate plan can have on a family. As someone who has seen the good and the bad that can come with the passing of a loved one, she finds it imperative to support her clients through some of the most difficult times they may face in their lifetime.
Morgan received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, California. There she majored in History and competed on the university’s NCAA Div. I water polo team. Immediately after earning her bachelor’s degree, Morgan attended the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Morgan actively participated in many organizations, including the implementation of the Dean’s Closet, a program that provided professional suiting to the university’s law students. Following a couple years of practice, Morgan decided to earn her Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.
Morgan has catered her career to estate planning, trust and estate administrations, conservatorships, guardianships, and other probate matters. She has a passion for the area of trusts and estates, as she feels an estate plan is truly the best and last gift you can give a loved one.
Out of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dogs. If she has the chance, you can find Morgan on the golf course, a pool deck, or boating on the Bay in her spare time.
