Estate Legacy, APC is a California law firm serving individuals and families throughout the Bay Area and across the state. We provide thoughtful legal guidance in estate planning, trust administration, and related matters, with a focus on protecting assets, preserving legacies, and supporting families through every stage of life.
Our approach is grounded in clarity, professionalism, and long-term relationships, offering personalized strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Estate Legacy, APC is led by Founder and Principal Attorney Morgan R. Small, Esq., LL.M., a California trusts and estates attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their assets, preserve their legacy, and plan with confidence.
Having personally witnessed the impact the lack of an estate plan can have on a family, Morgan is passionate about guiding clients through life’s most important and sensitive decisions. She believes a thoughtfully prepared estate plan is truly the best and last gift one can give to loved ones. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, and probate matters.
Morgan earned her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, where she competed on the NCAA Division I water polo team, received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Outside of her practice, Morgan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, as well as golfing, relaxing by the pool, and boating on the Bay.
